The location was absolutely perfect for our needs and Dan and Leslie were incredible hosts. They were great at communicating and everything was as listed - maybe even better. We would definitely stay here again!
This home was exactly as pictured- beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully put together. It’s located in the cutest little neighborhood and was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend ! We stayed for a little over two weeks at Leslie’s house. It’s very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms comfortable. It’s in a beautiful, very green area of Nashville, within walking distance of good restaurants and bars, and a short drive from the centre of Nashville. Leslie was very responsive and helpful.
We had a wonderful visit to Nashville and absolutely loved this lovely home. Everything was perfect! Close to fabulous restaurants. We are already looking forward to our visit next year and will be booking this adorable cottage again! We used the TV and Bluetooth speaker and everything was very, very user friendly. One of my favorite trips of all time!

Leslie and Dan’s adorable bungalow was perfect for our family of 4 as I moved into my new apartment nearby! There were lots of thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and helpful guides that helped make our stay wonderful. My parents are already planning their return trip to visit me and stay at the Bungalow!
I stayed with my mom and 2 young sons so we could visit friends nearby. We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a locaotkn close to many things and easy to navigate. Neighborhood was quiet and my kids loved being able to at outside in the yard

From the moment we walked in it felt like home! There was a welcome basket with snacks and a freezer full of ice - helpful to have for the Nashville heat! My mom was also thankful for the little coffee creamers - she was happy to enjoy her morning coffee on the back deck without having to run to the store. If we’re ever back in Nashville, we’ll definitely look to stay here again!
Leslie’s Airbnb couldn’t have been better. She and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home and comforable. There was nothing they missed from soft towels to extra keurig pods when requested. I have stayed in Airbnbs before including one other in Nashville but in the future I would only stay at Leslie’s home.

I live in this neighborhood and can tell out of towners that this is a great spot with tons of character and a friendly fun and safe neighborhood with great stuff within walking distance. It’s close and easy to get downtown. The house was fantastic and full of charm well decorated with a great handy welcome book and welcome basket and immaculately clean. The hosts were amazing. We had to shift the dates around a bit due to changes in the timeline, and they were gracious and kind in accommodating- highly highly recommended!
The house was clean, cozy, comfortable and cheery. It had everything we needed and Leslie even replaced the Brita water pitcher when I let her know it needed a new filter! It’s in a great location and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing in the back yard.

The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to restaurants, a playground, and my friend’s house. The house was a great size for our little family. Leslie has a lovely home in a very cute, walkable neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for a quick staycation. We appreciated the welcome basket when we arrived with chips, cookies, and seltzer. Our kiddos did not want to leave the rental at the end of our stay.

Everything at this house was exactly what you could ever want at an air B and B. There were subtle notes around helping with light switches, and everything you might need help with. Check in and check out was made very easy, and the hosts were available and helpful. This house was perfect for our family of 4, and we will try and stay here again for sure!
A delightful bungalow that served all of our needs. It was a wonderful place to hang out because COVID made it impossible to take advantage of the local attractions while we were visiting Nashville to see our infant grandson. Leslie was very attentive and I know my parents appreciated the Keurig/coffee pods!
This bungalow was perfect! It was light and cheery which made it extremely easy to feel at home right away! The decor is tasteful and happy! The back deck and front porch were comfortable spots to enjoy some family time. Leslie even had a Christmas tree in the main living room waiting for us to celebrate our family Christmas!
The cottage was so cute and clean. There were restaurants within walking distance, and Leslie and Dan left lots of great info about the area. Since we were flying in from PA, it was so nice to have the amenities stocked and snacks waiting for us. We will definitely be booking this cottage every time we come to Nashville to visit my sister!!

The location was perfect. Very quiet location. Very clean. The power went out during a storm. Leslie and Dan followed up several times to see if we were going to be ok. I would highly recommend this place. They had great arrival and departure instructions.
We had a great time and enjoyed the extra special touches of Decor in the home. Very cozy and comfortable place to come to after a long day out in Nashville.
We had a wonderful, relaxing girls weekend! There were lots of thoughtful extras and our host was super sweet and helpful with everything!

Leslie and Dan’s place is great! My 3 best friends and I stayed for 3 nights for our annual girls trip. The place is adorable and has anything you could need. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to downtown. We had a small issue with the refrigerator and Leslie quickly jumped into action to remedy the situation. Thanks again!
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Leslie was so kind and accommodating, always available and willing to help when needed! I was very pleasantly surprised at the ease and comfort of staying at Leslie’s place. We had read good reviews but you never really know how things will turn out. The home was very clean and tidy with touches that were very welcoming. Communication was top notch and I always felt we had just what we needed. Plenty of nice places to eat close by and the ease of a decently stocked kitchen for the times we wanted to eat in. The only negative would be that the living space, while super cute, isn’t made for comfortable lounging. For those not intending to be at the house much, this place is for you. If you want to sit and chat snuggled on the couch, you may find yourself adjusting to get comfortable. For a girls weekend reunion where we hadn’t seen each other in years, the late night chatting could have been more comfy. Seriously, though, this is our only complaint. Even still, I’d choose Leslie’s place if we came back to Nashville.
Leslie is an amazing hostess and the house is warm and welcoming. You really couldn't ask for a better neighborhood to be away from the crowds and noise but close to all the best Nashville has to offer. Leslie was an incredible host for my friends and i. The Airbnb was beautiful and had a true Nashville charm to it. Very nice little place, perfect for the 4 of us for a long weekend. Clean, comfortable, and trouble-free in all respects. Great location, nice to be able to walk to the BBQ joint and a breakfast place which are only one block away. Quick and easy Lyft to downtown for around $11. Everything at the house was great. The location was perfect for us. There were plenty of restaurants close enough that we could walk to and getting around Nashville was super easy. The snacks were a special added touch and we loved playing the games that were there.
Leslie's place was centrally located to many walkable options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Close to Downtown, impeccably clean and very tastefully decorated. This will be my first choice for my next trip to Nashville.

Adorable deck out back with a fenced in backyard to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Everything we needed was there. Great restaurants nearby and just a short Uber to downtown Nashville!
This cottage is in a great location and you can easily walk to a great coffee shop, restaurants, the greenway, the produce market. Its also easy to Uber across town. A stroll around the neighborhood and you can see all the cute cottages, and bungalows and meet the local canines. Very comfortable atmosphere!
This was one of the BEST places I’ve ever stayed. Leslie was a phenomenal host with great communication! She had a lovely Christmas tree left up for us and gave us many suggestions. The place was so cute and very cozy. We felt comfortable right when we got there. This place was in a great neighborhood and an easy uber/Lyft to downtown! Highly recommend!!!
This is a charming, clean house in a cute, walkable neighborhood. About a ten minute drive to all that downtown Nashville has to offer. Leslie was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Leslie lives close by, and she went out of her way to bring us extra kitchen supplies for fixing our holiday meal. She was very responsive to any questions and our needs. Really great food within walking distance, perfect location, exceptionally clean, great communication...would define lay recommend and or stay again next time in Nashville.
Stayed at Leslie's place for a bachelorette. It was perfect! Her house is cute and spacious. The private backyard was lovely. The location was a quick ride from everywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend staying here!!
Comfortable, cozy, bright, and cleanly decorated is how I would describe this home. Neighborhood is cute and in a great location with a couple of businesses within walking distance. Our host left a few snacks and coffee for the morning. Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable house, it is even cuter in person. It is is a nice residential neighborhood which has a few restaurants/bars that are walkable. It was spotless clean and had all the necessaries. Lesile provided us recommendations regarding the neighborhood and emailed during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. She also provided a nice snack basket and bottled water which we greatly appreciated. We took Uber to downtown and all the various neighbors. The Uber costs were a little more than staying in neighbors a little closer to downtown but we liked being out of the downtown hustle and in a quiet residential area. If you are going to explore different areas or Vanderbilt and the stadium the location works perfect. We would stay be happy to stay again and recommend Lesile as a host.
Leslie's place comfortably slept four people for a three day weekend in Nashville. It's a great location as you can easily walk to Sylvan Park restaurants or take a $10 Uber ride into downtown. Plenty of amenities and nicely furnished.
This place is so close to everything and is a wonderful value! The bungalow is clean, cozy, and decorated so cute! The beds are comfortable and Leslie was a wonderful host. Everything we needed was available at the house! It was a perfect stay!
This is the perfect spot in Nashville, and Leslie is a great host. Loved the house, which has everything and then some. It's in a nice neighborhood, and easy to get around town from there. Can't wait to stay here again!
Beautiful and cozy home in a great neighborhood. Perfect for a couple or family. My son loved playing in the yard and we loved the neighborhood restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect location for easy access to downtown, other neighborhoods and/or hikes.

This house is even better than the pictures!! It's so cute, clean and comfortable. Even the neighborhood is great- a quiet residential area located right across the street from a church and many restaurants a block or so away. Uber rides to broadway were between 10-15$ (but were probably up charged because it was CMA fest). Easy self check in/out was a perk. Beds were comfy and sheets/towels looked brand new! Had any kitchen items you'd ever need. Leslie was great at communicating with us, and stopped by to check on us and drop off extra TP & coffee. The only thing we weren't so fond of was one of the neighbors dogs who would bark early in the morning and late into the evening. Regardless, I would stay here again in a heartbeat next time I'm in Nashville!

The house was well appointed, newly renovated, nicely decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this place again if in Nashville.
Loved staying here! It's a quick Uber or Lyft to town. When traffic is bad it's a 20 minute ride tops, but close to 10 minutes usually. Also, perfect Location to walk to some local hotspots, which were amazing. Would love to stay here again when I come back.
Leslie's place was great. We booked this for two company employees on business for the week. Leslie was easy to work with and answered any question quickly. Her place was perfect and A+.

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to make it back soon! The house is very nice, excellent host, and the location was perfect. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the nashville area. A lot of the nice restaurants and bars in the area are a walkable distance, but downtown Nashville is a cheap uber ride away.
